What are The Pool Parties?

Over the course of nine consecutive Sundays from June 29th - August 19th, from 2pm- 8pm, music lovers, sun bathers, slip 'n' sliders, hula hoopers, dodgeballers, water volleyballers, and more will get to experience the MAGIC for FREE first hand. The Pool Parties brings together crowds of young, old, black, white, red, green, yellow, straight, and gay, creating an inclusive vibe unparalleled in New York City. Over 50,000 friendly faces passed through the arches of the McCarren Pool last summer, and we expect way more this summer, so be sure to arrive early!

The Pool Parties website lets you post photos, hook up with friends (or special friends), and generally get to know your fellow partiers. It's free, and it's a great way to waste your time between Sundays.
